my daughter broke her tooth and Dr Alanis did a wonderful job! he fixed it perfectly! Payment was exactly what they had said. No surprises.

Most ridiculous experience. I was a patient and was told that I was recommended a service for deep cleaning. They printed out a 4 step treatment plan with cost per visit with insurance. I agreed to service based on reasonable cost of service. After 4th treatment 1 1/2 month later I was told that I had a balance 3 times the original planned expense. I spoke to the office manager (which was the dentist's wife) and she said it was an estimate and that they had not gotten back confirmation of benefits until 1 full month after first submission to insurance. I had paid $29.80 per visit and I should have paid $74 per visit and therefore on my last visit, I had an outstanding balance of $120 plus 4th visit price of $74. I was furious because this was not even in the ballpark and I understand there could be a variance but not 300% the original planned costs. She kept making excuses and never once offered an adequate apology or solution. I told her to charge me whatever she felt she needed to and sure it enough it was the 300% more than quoted. I paid and vowed to never step foot in that practice based on the gross negligence of the staff to accurately reflect their costs. They baited and switched the cost of service in their practice, they probably do it all the time especially with Medicaid or Medicare to take advantage of people and the Gov't.

Most of hate the idea of going to the dentist, The needle ,drills ,having your jaws separated with those thing that remind of the chalks I use to keep my boat from rolling down the driveway.

THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE!!!!!

Until my first of several visits with Dr.Alanis I too dreaded "The Dentist", NOW I LOOK FORWARD TO IT!!!!!

Dr.Alanis is not only Great at what he does he is exceptional. Keeping in mind of my comfort was and is always his main priority, Equipped with the latest dental technology, a great well trained staff and a beautiful new office only adds to the PAINLESS visits I honesty look forward to.

I recommend anyone looking for an EXCEPTIONAL DENTIST to see Dr.Marko E. Alanis
