        Keep in mind, it's -21 today. I got stuck in a snowbank on a ledge, inches from a massive tree. Jeff came out with his equipment, immediately assessed the situation and towed me out safely, carefully and quickly. He offered extremely great customer service and not for a second did I worry about my BMW in the process. I'm so happy when I can support our local small businesses! Thanks Jeff!!
