The older gentlemen has always been decent to deal with. The Friday after Thanksgiving 2015 the Opy looking kid approached me as the older man was busy. I told this kid about our deep freeze they had sold us with a snipped coolant line to one of the shelves so basically 1/3 of the units cooling was removed. A very dishonest move to hide this. We didn't notice this until we tipped the unit a little to the side to defrost and drain many years after buying it. Kind of disgusting to find out the piece things together anyway they can to sell them. When asking them to make it right and offer us something when looking at a new fridge this same disgusting punk laughed and said he wouldn't offer anything. The older man thats always there had already said he would do something for us but he was busy so thought I would see how this kid would handle it. A complete waste of time talking with this kid. We lost what little respect we had after this disgusting interaction with this disgrace of a person who is working at a place that took advantage of us in a prior purchase. One of about 6 prior purchases not to mention countless referrals that have now ended.
