Kaplan's

On the recommendation of friends, I had Kaplan's make me an awning for my patio when I moved into my new house. It survived the Halloween blizzard of 2011 and Hurricane Sandy in 2012 without any problems. They even have the service to put it up in the spring and take it down in the fall, which my husband loves. Will definitely call them to add awnings over my front door and windows.

I had Kaplan awnings on my home for nearly 30 years. When I moved into my second home the first thing I did was call Randi and make an appointment to have the windows and patio awning measured. They have a wide range of fabrics and colors so the process was easy. The awnings keep the sun off my windows thus making the house cooler in the summer. When fall comes Kaplan's staff remove the patio awning, clean and store it for the following year. In the spring I just e-mail Randi and suddenly the awnings re-appear. It's great!! Less work for me and my husband. And they make the house look appealing.
