Rhoades Towing came through quickly and promptly when I waited over 2 hour for the first tow service ( Galiato Towing ) who never showed up. The guy from roads toilet was great got my vehicle on the tow truck and we were on our way! They are through AAA and they are fabulous! I have used them before for flat tire air being put in the tire and even our locked keys in the car they’re always very courteous professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any service to their vehicles, they are very knowledgeable and professional. And they will show up! Armor time is precious right? Our RV needed to be towed due to a gelled fuel situation. AAA was notified, which then called Rhodes. I was a little skeptical at first because I was worried that such a large unit would need the experience of someone like Ray's. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by Rhodes expertise. The wind chill was brutal (around -25), and the young man that came out did everything he could to try and get it started prior to towing, which didn't work. He then proceeded to quite diligently prep the unit for towing, which took a little over an hour. The poor guy was frozen, and I felt sorry for him, but he persevered on, and did a very good job. He towed the unit to Cummins without any trouble. I am quite pleased with Rhodes' towing, and would have no issue with using them again.
