        Charged $234.25 just to repla...

        Charged $234.25 just to replace a cartridge.

        It was put in BACKWARDS.----so HOT water came out FIRST.

        Would not return multiple calls or emails when I tried to contact about the cost.



        I chose out of phone book because they were close to my area. NEVER AGAIN.
