Top of the Line Landscaping

Wow - the other review about his rudeness/unprofessionalism is spot on! I have never encountered such a rude, aggressive, and enraged business owner in my opinion. His office made a mistake billing me for the wrong amount, and then he blamed me for paying the wrong amount. When I pointed out his clear error - rather than just apologizing and asking when he could collect the rest of his payment, he started being nasty and threatening to me saying it was my fault. Buyer... beware!

I started using Top Of The Line Landscaping 2 years ago and contrary to the other review the owner Tim is one of the most professional, well mannered, responsible person I've EVER had the pleasure of doing business with! With all of these Latino run "start up" companies out there it's good to know that MY landscaper is always a phone call away!!! ( not to mention he speaks English!!!! ). His crews are just as welcoming and friendly as he is! If this other person didn't like to have to pay a little extra for a lot of extra work then I'm sure they're happy with the fly by night company they use. As far as Top Of The Line goes I wish they had more stars to rate with because 5 just doesn't seem to be enough!!!!

The owner, Tim, is an extremely unpleasant person to deal with. He charged an extra fee in the monthly bill to everyone on the block without notice for "excess" leaves on the property. When confronted about the charge he complained that everyone on the block is 'spoiled' and then proceeded to tell us we knew nothing about running a landscaping business. This is no way a businessman should treat his customers. The man is rude and most likely has anger problems. Save your time and money and find a different landscaper.
