Pioneer Valley Lawn Sprinklers

I am disappointed as a long term Pioneer customer. A sprinkler head (part of a system which they installed) near a leaking small natural gas line needed attention. He said it would be several days before they could respond. My request was for him to merely look at the situation. The telephone conversation became heated insinuating that I was a constant complainer and that it would be $50 service charge paid on demand. He later refuted the offer. It was not a good experience. He suggested we should part company and I agreed.
