Overall

Awful experience. Used a groupon for a car starter. They have hidden fees not mentioned in ANY of the groupon text, they also nickel and dime you to no end. Want a second remote? More money. Connect the starter remote with the locks? More money. Every other service I've been to has included these options in the purchase. They were untimely in their service as well. The customer service is awful and they did a hack job. The first time I went, my windows and locks didn't work after the service. I have to go back again and when I picked up my car the locks were fixed but the power windows were still not working. I brought my car to a friend to fix out of fear of another wrongdoing. He informed me that unnecessary wires were cut and they had just done an overall terrible job. I will never give these people my time of day again.

Great Groupon Deal - AWFUL AWFUL customer service skills & attitude. Called in the AM and was told 2.5 -3 hours to install an alarm/starter. Dropped car for appt at noon, called 45 minutes before 5pm closing (specifying car model/color & last name) & was told it'd be done in 15 minutes. Had my father-in-law pick me & my infant up to drop us off to get my car so we could leave right from there for the 4:30pm birthday party we were already late for. Arrived at 4:45pm & was told 45 more minutes (might have confused which car he was quoting & sometimes things take longer than expected were his reasons). Plain unacceptable considering they had my phone number to notify me of delays so I got upset and I was really hoping just for some type of apology not the attitude that ensued.



Then he basically said he can't guarantee they'd be open for me to get my car if I wasn't back in 45 minutes to an hour (so I couldn't get dropped off at the party/my husband would get the car). This new pick-up time leaves me with my 1 year old in a car for 45 minutes on a rainy, foggy night.... and a birthday party I'm already late for - His response "Don't put your kid on me" - that's NOT what I was doing, but ok. Returned in 45 minutes exactly and my 65 year old father-in-law went in for me. He was then told that we weren't gone 45 minutes and it'll be 15-20 MORE MINUTES..... So my father-in-law stated that it's ridiculous and they have poor cust service. He was then told by the guy behind the counter that "he doesn't take $**t from nobody."



All situations & attitudes aside: good costumer service means you should be PROACTIVE & UP-FRONT about service delays so the customer doesn't get stuck between a rock & a hard place. Learn to schedule more appropriately & don't overbook like that. I have no idea who the guy behind the counter was but I hope it's not the owner or manager.....



Since I already wrote a book I might as well add that when I got there at 4:45pm the other CR-V the he might have confused my car with was STILL being serviced and another woman was there to pick-up a friends car b/c they were running so far behind schedule he couldn't make it before closing time.

Very good installers, they kno...

Very good installers, they know their stuff! They did a remote starter for me on my 06 Jaguar and is working perfectly. I will be back and so does all my friends.
