        Bennett Franklin Real Estate Services, LLC is a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm based in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, a suburb of Springfield. Our partnership was formed in 1999 in an effort to structure a commercial real estate appraisal firm with state of the art appraisal tools, enhanced by combined real estate experience of over 40 years. Past and present appraisal assignments include office buildings, modern and converted industrial facilities, urban and suburban apartment complexes and all sizes of retail properties. Our abilities respecting appraising property are improved as one of us has nearly 20 years of knowledge derived from senior level positions with national and regional real estate investors. As such, we feel that a potential client can have confidence in this firm's ability to provide an appraisal report suitable for mortgage financing, portfolio management or acquisition. We hold an expert witness declaration in the Hampden County Superior Court and can therefore provide testimony on real estate valuation issues in Hampden County and elsewhere. Our knowledge of real estate and finance has allowed us to expand our business and provide site selection services to the telecommunications industry and developers of health care assisted living facilities throughout New England. ) has been a commercial real estate appraiser since 1991 and holds a General Certified Appraiser License in Massachusetts ( #744 ) and New York ( #46000039903 ). Bob is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts ( #75765 ). For a number of years Bob also was an executive in real estate and real estate finance for a major life insurance company and a major regional bank. A graduate of Syracuse University's School of Management, Bob has taken numerous appraisal and property management courses as well as continuing education required for licensure. Bob has appraised commercial properties in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Jerome C. Franklin ( jcfranklin bennettfranklin.com ) has been a commercial real estate appraiser since 1992 and holds General Certified Appraiser Licenses in Massachusetts ( #5219 ) and Connecticut ( #894 ). Jerry is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts ( #9018019 ). Jerry is a graduate of Western New England College, has an MBA from Bentley College and has completed a number of commercial appraisal courses from the Appraisal Institute. ) has a professional career of over 30 years in virtually all facets of commercial real estate finance, investment, development, appraisal and consulting. Dave was an executive in real estate investments at a major life insurance company and was president of the national real estate lending division of the U.S. subsidiary of a major international bank. He is a graduate of American International College and was also a licensed appraiser in Connecticut. Dave holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License ( #9063251 ). James J. Fitzgibbon, III ( jjfitzgibbon bennettfranklin.com ). Jamie is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and has worked in the financial services industry for several years. Jamie holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Salespersons License ( #9061290 ). Robert J. Harrington, Jr. ( rjharrington bennettfranklin.com ). Rob is a graduate of Union College and has worked in the construction industry for several years.
