Outstanding knowledge, excellent customer service, and very reasonable prices. Tons of repeat customers and Mike knows everyone by name. Just go there on a Saturday and you'll see what I mean. The line is out the door. They just don't make mechanics like Mike or shops like CZ Equipment anymore. If you want quality, fairness, and real expertise, this is the place to go.

Extremely poor customer service. Mike has zero customer service skills. Brought a leaf blower in because I couldn't get it started. He put in a fuel pump and told me ,in the future, I might need a valve job which I believed to be a reasonable assessment. Got it home, of course it was the same problem,it didn't start. So I called Mike to simply ask if maybe an adjustment had to be made, and he immediately ripped into me screaming "We had this conversation, I told you it would need a valve job at some point!" He was very quick to tell me to take my business elsewhere before I could even ask if maybe I needed an adjustment to get it started. Wow! I've taken my equipment to him for repair many times in the past,bought a chain saw from him along with family members who have done business with him. Ironically, I planned on actually purchasing a new 9hp blower from him that morning if my old blower couldn't be repaired since I was desperate. Well, Mike you lost a lot of business from me,family members and others who may read this negative review because of your short fuse and poor customer service skills. In fact,I should have paid attention to the negative comments I heard before I started doing business with you.
