        Our A/C went out on a summer evening. I called their office at 7:30am and was told they would have someone out to look at it that morning. A service person was knocking at my door at about 9:00am. It took him about a minute to figure out the problem (fortunately for us it was relatively simple), he replaced the non-functioning part, and he was finished in about 15 minutes. We were SO appreciative!
