East Alton police just spent half a night harassing the ex girlfriend of the head of Hannibal chief of polices women beating coke head grandson. And then took her into custody after she was released from the hospital after having a car accident. They used a disgraceful abuse of power and waste of city tax dollars to take her in for questioning over a missing persons report filed by the abusive ex. Another text book example of crooked police.
