PART I I would not recommend ...

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only reason my husband and I transferred our records from another office is because of Dr. Banks. My husband and I had been going to Dr. Banks prior to this office. The office staff here sucks, is the only way I can put it nicely online, including their office manager or managers who think they can speak down to you. Every time my husband goes into this office they ask for his copay, I questioned why they are so much higher than the other doctors he goes to, well needless to say they had no answer for me, I asked for their number so I could find out from the insurance company if we were being charged correctly needless to say they would not and did not give it to me. Then my husband said whom is disabled we were not going to pay the copay until we saw the doctor, and got all his blood work results so we could discuss this with the doctor, so they said we could not see the doctor till we paid, at this time the person collecting the money said the copay was $20, and she left the desk and went to the back (I will call her Mrs. No Smiley) she then comes back with a woman who thinks who she is and she says the copay is $19.60 I am rounding numbers here, but the point is how does it go from $20 to $19.60 I asked, still no answer, maybe I should have kept asking about their pricing I might have gotten down to $0 by the time I was done. In any case I paid the $19.60 and she said they are going to have to fit you in since you were running late, I said that would be fine. Not even 5 minutes later we get called to the back by a nurse to what I thought was to see Dr Banks, nope think again, two office managers, one so called office manager who thinks who she was, I could spin circles around her and spit her out, but you know what she isn't even worth my spit. She asked what the problem was I explained what the problem was and why I was questioning the pricing. She was told we were being confrontational, well let me tell you, you have no idea what being confrontational is if you thought asking about your pricing is being confrontational, you better go back to school for your people skills that is one thing you really need desperately. Then she asked why my husband was not happy after several times of her interrupting him, she says let me finish and he put her in her place and said you need to hear me out, she did not want to hear anything just what she wanted to hear, she had her mind made up he was out of the office altogether. Well he proceeded to tell her about the pricing and then about how they are overcharging us and the other reason of their so called pain management and how the doctor abandoned him a year ago, for over a month and a half of phone calls when I finally got in touch with Dr. Banks we told him what happened and then they tried to charge us for a visit we never had 1st incident of leaving this office, if it wasn't for Dr. Banks after that incident we would have been gone he asked us to stay if he got it straightened out, and he did and we stayed. Dr. Banks recommended another pain management doctors office in Anderson, since we were unable to resolve the issue here.

After all was said and done, my husband told her how he felt and said I want to see Dr. Banks and get my blood work and stuff and talk to him, since we had paid for the visit, and she proceeded to tell him that no you are not going to see him since you are not happy here we are done, I said so you are refusing him medical treatment, and she had no answer, other than he is done here, so I am posting it right here if anything happens to my husband who is not in the greatest health you will definitely be hearing from me OAKTREE!

The final thing I will say is I am calling in the morning the insurance company and reporting their office for fraud and over charging.

This office needs a course in professionalism and patient etiquette.

This company does not deserve any stars but they make you give at least 1.

Stay as Far Away as you can!!!...

Stay as Far Away as you can!!!!!

Don't step foot in this place. Especially DO NOT allow Dr. Oliver to look at you let alone treat you. Unfortunately I had the huge displeasure of being treated by Dr. Oliver and was made to feel inferior, like I was wasting her time. Dr. Oliver talks down to you, asks questions and won't allow you to answer, she makes rude comments and was completely unprofessional. I had a serious infection and when she looked at it stated "Oh I need to wash my hands" WTF???? Dr. Oliver (if you can call her a doctor) made me feel as if treating me was beneath her. This woman has no business practicing medicine let alone dealing with human beings!

Overall
quacks....

i went to this office years ago because my mom referred me, dr oliver is her doctor. so i went to her twice, did not like her at all, she is rude, very rude, and doesnt act like she cares about anything. so fast forward to 2010, my son was in a car accident in 2004, he is quadraplegic and needs catheters, and he started using dr oliver as his family doctor, at my mothers request. he has always had nothing but drama and trouble from these people. he cant get prescriptions faxed at all, or not on time, or they have the wrong dates on them. its just ridiculous these people are

(ccs medical) calls the doctors office they cant get an answer and no one will call them back. when my son calls they wont call him back either. i go to dr landry and dr waller, they are great, very understanding, and helpful. i try to get my son an appt with one one of them but they not accepting new patients now.
