Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken Office

I made a purchase at Lee's Famous Recipe, 200 N. Causeway Dr., Muskegon, MI 49455 on 9-25-16 for $65.35 with my debit card. On 9-30-16 my debit card was charged twice for that amount ($65.35, $65, 35). I called Lee's on 10-2-16 and spoke with Dan. Dan told me he would have the charge reversed. I waited 10 days. No reverse charge on my account. I called Lee's on 10-12-16. I spoke with Duanne (manager). Duanne said he would talk to corporate. Duanne left a message on my answering machine stating my bank did the double charge, not Lee's. I went to my PNC Bank. PNC Bank said it was Lee's who double charged me. My bank reversed the charge with an explanation that I was improperly charged twice. On 11-09-16 Lee's again recharged me for the fraudulent charge of $65.35. I called Lee's (231) 744-9592 and again spoke with manager Duanne. Duanne was obnoxious and said he did not charge me and I had to call corporate. He then hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed as Lee's used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Val Jensen II
