        Accidents?

        The wait time was pretty short... HOWEVER, the agent informed us that we were in the wrong lane. We had 2 birth certificates for our young children (3&4) and our passports, but he repeatedly stated we were in wrong lane. The signs did not indicate otherwise. The agent also told my husband "that's how accidents happen"... What do you mean accidents? Or was it an intimidation tactic?
