        Overall

        Recently, I visited Eagle Pass Physical Therapy for the sole purpose of obtaining copies of my treatments there. I was stunned and surprised when the clerk told me that the copies of my treatments would cost me $45.00.



        I believed that the clinic is over charging customer(s) and/or it is an abusive mode of operandi (MO) to obtain money for lack of customers?
