I can not only say with full confidence, but with certainty as well: all of my expectations were FAR EXCEEDED with the staff and service at this Ashley's location in Eagle Pass, Texas!

JOE GONZALEZ, is a genuine consultant, he listened to my needs and answered my questions DIRECTLY. Even if it was an answer that carried a "negative" connotation along with it, he stated the truth. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, and he believed in the products he was informing us about. It was the furthest on the spectrum of sales from a "pushy sale", and that made me, as a consumer, overjoyed and willing to come back for a lifetime.

Three things I can assure you:

1. You guys at this store, and Ashley's in general, have made a LIFETIME CUSTOMER of me.

2. I will refer anyone and everyone to this location preferably with Joe but I can't say anyone else we met there was unpleasant at all!

3.I would happily open my wallet to Ashley's in Eagle Pass, Texas again.
