CLOSE THIS DEATH TRAP UP!! PLEASE GOD!! I COULDVE BEEN KILLED AND THEY DONT CARE!!

The management here is probably as bad as it gets. Sales makes promises to get the sale that no ones follows up on. Before purchasing I notice My F-150 had a leak and I was told it would be fix and sealed. It was not! After taking it back on 2 occasions to be repaired it's still leaking after every rain. Now the Operations Manager ( A total Jerk) Jonathan Fisher says that they have done all that they are willing to do. This probably not the place or dealership to buy a car. There is zero integrity and no cares about the customer only the next sale. Run away... Trust me

I have had my F-150 in twice to have it repaired since I bought it 2 months ago. Both times the vehicle was returned with grease in it. The service department does not seem to care about giving a vehicle back to a customer filthy. My wife had her Mustang GT serviced there and they got grease on her leather seats that will still have not gotten out. Do yourself a favor and get your vehicle serviced somewhere else!!!! The sales department is 5 stars. They are top notch. It's too bad that service drives their customer to other dealers.
