Triangle Veterinary Hospital

We've been bringing our dogs to Triangle Vet for three years now, and I've really been pleased with the care they've received. All of the doctors and employees are friendly and obviously love animals. The only downside is their prices - they do seem a bit on the high side.

I recently started going to this vet and wish I never had. I have a four year old dog who never had any problems until he started going to this vet. Now they find something wrong with him almost everytime he goes, but there is never a solutions. It's just come back in two weeks and we'll run the same test over and over. I should have stopped then (b/c that is how i think they make thier money - running unnecessary test) but I got a puppy and took him there also. They would not have us down for appts. when I had the reminder card in hand, and even started giving my puppy duplicate shots! When I called thier attention to it, I was told there was a computer error and the documentation was not correct and that was why he had recieved the extra shots. When I then told them that I would not pay for those services if that was the case, he person behind the desk, without going to talk with the vet, told me that he was wrong about the computer and that the vet had just thought he needed the extra shots! Needless to say, I got copies of both my pets medical records and I am searching for a new vet.
