First time recently. Saw Dr. Houser. Problem isn't solved yet. But will give my opinion in a few more weeks after medication.

The doctor is great . there billing is something Give a 70 year old man a IPAD who has never used one he fills it out forgets to sign a page they tell him you forget to , this so he just signs it. Not realizing he was giving them permission to take any future bill payment on it on it WITHOUT sending a bill We pay everything as we go So when the insurance did not pay it all instead of sending us a bill they just put it on the credit card we found out we owed it when we got the receipt emailed When we ask them they said we can bill up to 250 dollars without sending a bill.This is WRONG IT IS TAKING ADVANTAGE of the elderly As much as we like Dr Haung we will not be going back I will be calling the attorney General tomorrow If it is not illegal it should be Older patients beware

Was referred to them for treatment of prostatitis. They did nothing to help me. I recommend going somewhere else.

I was given tests that were far beyond my reason for going to the doctor. This and lack of transparency of the tests I was given, why and how much, led to a bill of thousands of dollars. I paid the first bill and when I got a second unexpected bill I asked for justification for the last test they gave me and could not get anyone to talk to me - the doctor or the billing department. I got the insurance company involved but they couldn't get information either. This doctor’s office went silent. They didn’t take my calls or return them. They didn’t respond to my letter. They didn't send another bill for three years - and now after three years of silence they have their lawyer calling me. BTW the final recommendation for my issue after $10,000 in tests was a prescription to reduce the urgency to urinate.

Care consisted of wrongly ASSUMED medical history and falsified record of care. I finally went to my medical doctor for antibiotics (I'm no doctor but I knew whatever was wrong was getting worse.). My MD put me on the strongest antibiotics he could give me and my co-workers advised me to call Duke hospital. Duke urologist saw me right away and took care of my problem. When Duke realized the records from Triangle were falsified, they would not use anything that place did. Between my MD and Duke, I got well, in spite of Dr. Andrews at Triangle. Love your kidneys?
