        Overall

        He is terrific!! See the review from 11/23/ 2012...our experience has been exactly the same. Great advice on the phone if he decides its not worth the expense of coming out. I wish there were more providers like him!

        I would recommend calling here...

        I would recommend calling here first for honesty and integrity. The owner was able to diagnosis my refrigerator problem over the phone and recommend a plan of action which included purchasing a new refrigerator. In addition, he provide a recommendation for a new refrigerator based on his experience. He did not charge me for the consultation or attempt to set up an appointment to get the service fee payment from me. I will ALWAYS call here first for all my appliance repairs.
