Estate Planning

There are several different types of living trusts that can help avoid and/or reduce probate and taxes and maintain long term property management.

This is only true if everyone knew when they would die or become incapacitated. Furthermore, everyone needs to have a health care power of attorney in place to enable someone to make health care decisions for them in the event they become incapacitated, as well as financial decisions.

Additionally, rapid real estate turnovers (“flipping”) and mortgage foreclosures have given rise to a host of unusual and technical title issues which can affect the ability to buy, sell or finance real estate. It is prudent to engage a real estate attorney to assist with buying, selling, or refinancing property.
