Master's Mark Dry Cleaners

A month ago I took an expensive comforter there, It came back with black streaks on it. There wasn't anything on it when we dropped it off and we were simply drycleaning it to put away until winter. They denied they did it and I gave them the benefit of a doubt. I took bench cushion to be drycleaned and after it wasn't ready on time, it came back with black grease type stain on a corner. They agreed to fix it. Have been there three times in 2 weeks-last time they said a button came off and they sent it out to fix. Will never go here again! They are unorganized at the counter, short staffed and don't care. They were to call me almost six days ago when it's ready...NO CALL YET!

I have been going there for over ....5 years at least, maybe longer. No complaints. Always great service. I will give a 4 of 5....just because..no one is perfect...LOL..

I took my Quirk size dry clean only comforter there and it cost $40. Then it still had stains. I took it back and they told me they don't guarantee their work. It was a mud stain from my dog. Not a red wine stain. Will never go again.
