I was traveling thru Duncan and my heater core went bad. Bert changed it out to my satisfaction. Two months later, the new heater core gave way. I called Bert and he offered to come get the vehicle 1-1/2 hours away, but I drove it to him. He changed it out quickly, along with my oil at no charge and gave me another free oil change. I drive a big diesel, so that oil change was a $80.00 item each time. The part went bad at no fault of Bert and he was very polite and helpful concerning the matter. He even met me at his closed shop on New Year's Eve for me to drop my vehicle off. My hat is off to you Bert. You run a great shop:-) John
