Joe has been helping me with my old garage door off and on for years. Always easy to reach and responds to messages if he's unavailable to take my call. I came home from work around 4:00 pm to find my garage door had a broken spring.
I have a brand new truck and I didn't want to park it outside. I called Overhead door to see if they could come and fix it that day.
The receptionist told me that all the guys have already left for the day. I seen the ad in the phone book advertising Affordable Door Service and I thought I would give them a shot. I called and talked to Joe and told him my problem about the broken spring. Long story short, Joe said I'll be right over.
I was totally shocked. Joe came after hours and fixed my door. He is very meticulous about his work and very knowledgeable.
And to top it off he is not overly expensive like his competitor.
I will most definitely give Joe all of my garage door business from here on in and have already told my coworkers of the excellent job that Joe did.
