Charged me 95 $ for an estimate and never came back out to do the work.

I scheduled an early time on my only day off. The workman shows, looks over the job, goes out to his truck, then comes to me and tells me to reschedule. No 'I can come later today', or 'terribly sorry for the inconvenience'. He just left.

I called and was told someone would get back with me. No one did. So, I called again. I rescheduled for the next week.

A different workman shows and looks over the job. What I was told on the telephone would cost $5 - 10 to fix a dripping fairly new faucet is now $151 ! More than what a new one installed would cost, the workman agrees with me.

After declining that I am then informed the rest of the work would be $5 shy of the minimum for the coupon I was wanting to use.

I had enough!

I have used Andy in the past and their work has always been efficient and complete to my satisfaction. I did have only one complaint, when I called some months ago to get a job done I was not contacted back, there was just a misunderstanding that was easily resolved. I have been happy with the quality and professional manner of the employees. I am satisfied with the prices and services.
