He was careful to answer all of my spoken and anticipated questions. In each interchange he reinforced that the prime goal was that I end up with the system that met my needs and provided the maximum amount of security tailored to my situation, budget, and ease of use.

my installation was amazing, the technician Shannon was very knowledgeable. I got broken into yesterday, called them today, and i am already protected , all inside ad even outside with video surveillance, Shannon was very professional and helpful, he answered all my questions and concerns and made , me feel very comfortable and confident with my alarm system and proud to have chosen Titanium, thanks to him. I just moved into a new place and needed a new security system and had a bad experience with the past alarm companies I have dealt with in Rancho Cucmonga. One of the neighbors had a "Titanium" sign in their yard so I asked em about their alarm system, which they were extremely happy with. I spoke with a Daniel who answered some of my initial questions about the alarms they provided and the different home video surveillance options, which was one of the main things I was looking for since I have kids and want to be able to keep an eye on them. I only had to pay for one of the cameras they installed, and I didn't have to pay for any of the installation!!! Another company that had given me a quote before tried to match the price but the fact that Daniel was up front and honest with me about the costs and the options I had, choosing Titanium Smart Home was a no-brainer. The last thing you want to do is rely on a shady company to be responsible for protecting your home and your family, so I strongly suggest u talk to this alarm company first if you own a home in the inland empire area☺

It's was a very professional installation. No trash was left behind. I got all windows and doors covered and he even threw in a fire alarm linked to the system. Brent walked me through how to work the alarm even though the system is rather intuitive. He did a great job.

I was very skeptical when a guy knocked on my door claiming that he wanted to give me a free security system from a company I'd never heard of. I asked him to come back later that night when my husband was home because he actually used to work in the security system business so he'd know if this was some sort of scam. After they were gone I googled Titanium Smart Homet" to see if they were real, and they were! Once he came back (on time!) we talked with him and decided to get the system installed. We have had it for a few months now and we LOVE IT. It is so user friendly and any time we have had a question or issue their customer service has connected us to a real, live person very quickly who seems to be able to use magic to solve problems! Almost any adjustment that you want made to your system can be done remotely which means that you don't have to sit around all day waiting for a tech to arrive, and they really seem to care about customer feedback as well. The person on the phone talks like a human being instead of a robot repeating company phrases over and over and that is really nice. I love Titaniums mobile capabilities as well because if we're in a rush to leave and we forgot to set the system, I can do it in the car as we're pulling out of the driveway, or even when I get to my hotel and realize - oops! I forgot to set the system! We were unable to take advantage of all of the security features that Titanium Smart Home has to offer because we are in a rental, but as soon as we own our own home I can see us wanting to install even more Titaniums accessories like the automatic door locks, and possibly even a security camera. I love that you can access those things remotely so you don't have to worry about your house, kids, dogs, or whatever it is that you want to protect!

The sales person, Brent, was very helpful and knowledgeable of Titaniums product line and gave us a great price on the installation. The two installers, Chris and Shannon, showed up two days later and were extremely helpful in giving us the system we wanted as well as fixing a couple of problems that MONTRONICS had messed up when they put in their system. Our siren, motion and front windows now work. Although I liked the Simons system that Montronics put in for us several years ago, when I had a problem it took their tech 4 weeks to come out, with no parts or basic tools. He unhooked the battery, reconnected and said the unit was working again, which it did for a total of 3 days and then we had the same problem again. Titanium has technicians right here in Los Angeles that are readily available, polite, friendly, and definitely know their business. Titanium tech Chris needed a few more parts to complete our system, he went to the warehouse/shop and picked up the parts and was back in 1 hour. The Titanium people are pros. I wish I had Titanium Smart Home a while ago!!. Thank you, Brent, Chris, and Shannon!!!

I had my house broken into 2 weeks ago so I decided to go for a security system. I checked ADT, and Titanium, but went with Titanium Smart Home after a friend recommended me to Titanium.

Titanium consultant Brent and security technician Shannon were great.
Brent immediately gave me an appointment, came to my house, and explained very clearly what my security options were for my house and did not pressure me at any time to sign up with Titanium. He even shared security tips, and motivated me to learn how to shoot. The price he gave me for my system, which combines 4-5 different elements was very good, lower than I expected for installation costs.

Brent is very knowledgeable, effective and thorough. He explained every piece of the system, checked each part, had prompt backup from the when a lock was not connecting to the panel. You can tell that the company is behind the employees. The house had an older security system and he was able to use some contacts from that system in addition to the new parts he installed. He even took down old pieces of equipment that were not necessary for the new one. The system works well and I can leave my house without fear of being robbed again. Overall, both of them went far beyond my expectations.

My experience with Titanium was very positive. The sales team did an excellent job at giving me the advice needed to place my order of home security. My agent Eduardo was pleasant, professional and very patient. I also spoke to the Sales Manager, Brent. He gave me additional credits towards equipment, as well as a gift card as part of a promotion with my bank. The technician, Shannon was so nice and extremely thoughtful during my installation. I will be a customer of Titanium for years to come. Growing up with a security system in my home as a child gave me insight into how much it is needed. Titanium knows how to manage their customers. But experiencing it first hand as a homeowner was better than I could have imagined. I truly enjoyed the entire experience that I had with Titanium, and would recommend them to my family and friends who are in search of home security.

Titanium Smart Home is the best. Honest, fast, high quality cameras and installation. We are extremely grateful we went with them, saving money and getting top of the line quality and service. Josh is also very accommodating with our busy schedule.

One of the cameras was defective and Josh replaced it immediately.

Josh also came back to install a fifth camera a month or so after initial install and suggested against the sixth i was requesting because of his honesty, explaining it would not get the desired coverage based on our motion detector light placement and the surrounding trees/vision blockers.

Josh's phone number also changed after the initial install and he emailed me right away to let me know in case i needed anything.

We had a horrible scare when our rottweiller pup went missing last week and he came over that very moment to help us review the footage to figure out what happened.

Titanium Smart Home was willing to work with me when I needed it! They installed my system the day after my house was broken into. All my jewelry was taken. Including some of my grandma's jewelry that can never be replaced. My whole family felt violated and scared to be left home alone after our house was broken into. Now, we all feel safer in our home knowing we have our security system. The installers were very nice and explained each piece of equipment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

A Titanium Smart home specialist Chris was on time, professional and explained everything to me in a detailed manner. Chris was thorough in his inspection and able to provide input on how to protect my home best. He was able to answer various questions that I had about the set up and service.
