WOW!!! Its been a pleasure working with Pristine Property Management! I have been doing business with them for several years now. They are always courteous and professional. They are great with communicating with the tenants and owners. From the owner to the receptionist, they are all great to work with. They treat you like one of the family. So if you are in need of management company accept no substitute!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Pristine is great! I am a tenant at a 20 unit complex. Management fixed my request fast and did the same with my neighbors (when ever they asked). Office is always friendly and willing to help. I have family in another unit they manage - they are happy with Pristine also. 15 Stars in my book. I have had nothing but good service from them since the date I started with them.

I have never had a more responsive management team. They have not only responded immediately but also in a very positive way. Gil is amazing to work with. Highly recommend and nothing but good things to say. Everyone at the office seems very capable and always very friendly. Pristine Property Management is fantastic! I thought it was time to update my review and I'm still happy as a clam! Unfortunately, tenants get upset and write bad reviews here and there. Management companies have to advocate the owners views. Our views may be good or bad for the tenant. That's what the management company is paid to do.

complaints at all. They have done what no other property management company was able to do. They have managed my property for over 2 years and have done a wonderful job so far. With easy-to-read reports, all financial reports are explained in detail and every penny is counted for. My property looks better than ever and is always maintained in good condition. I trust Pristine Property Management with MY property and I will recommend them to all owners. As far as tenants go, I will mention that as an owner of an apartment complex I have seen all kinds of tenants and all there is to say for those that complain is; "It is not HOW they manage, but WHO they manage" Thank You Pristine for all the hard work your staff does!
