        This was the worst experience ...

        This was the worst experience of my life! The medical center was very dirty, the nursing staff stood around talking about personal business, MD was unqualified and the entire center was so gross and dirty! I waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen and it was a waste of time. I am new and will definetly be changing my plan because this HMO was horrible and unproffesional!!! No supervisor available to complain to, and cockroches in the cafeteria!!!
