Bradford & Kent Home Remodeling

Prior to deciding to hire Bradford and Kent, we sought estimates from three well known remodeling companies for our addition. The reason we chose to go with Bradford and Kent was because their plan was superb and designed to fully satisfy our needs. The project started when they said it would and proceeded on schedule. We received excellent value for investment. We are extremely satisfied with the work done by this exceptional remodeling company and have received numerous compliments on our major remodeling project.

We love our neighborhood and did not want to move, but were outgrowing our house. After a lot of thought we decided to add on. We researched several companies and found that Bradford and Kent has a great reputation. We went to one of their informative remodeling seminars and really liked what we saw, so we had a designer come out for a free estimate. He was professional and creative. We told him what we wanted, but voiced our concerns about over investing in the project. The design he came back with was perfect at a fair price. We also interviewed the competition, but felt that Bradford and Kent had what we were looking for with design and price. The construction phase was difficult with young kids, but our construction manager made it easier. He told us when the workers would arrive and what they would be doing. Everyone was respectful and clean. The addition is beautiful. We would highly recommend Bradford and Kent. Several of our friends have used them too and have been happy.

We knew when we contracted with Bradford and Kent that they would do an excellent job on our large addition remodel. The reason is because we have had several friends and family who have had done work by them. We have a very old home on which we wanted to put a large rear addition. Our designer, Jim, was knowledgeable, kind and held our hands each step of the process. His design was awesome. It looked like the addition was built when the initial house was done. When Jim handed us off to our construction manager Jon it could not have gone better. Jon told us exactly what the trades would be doing and what days they would be arriving. Each of the trades treated our house like it was their own. The craftsmanship was beyond compare. We could not be happier with our beautiful new addition.

We wanted to add a master suite to our house, but didn't know anything about remodeling. We decided to attend one of Bradford and Kent's seminars on how they design and build home additions. It was excellent. After the presentation, we made an appointment with one of the designers for a free in-home consultation. We were very pleased with his ideas and drawings. After we agreed on the actual project, we were handed over to a construction mgr. During the construction of the project, Jim walked us through every step. There were changes we made, but nothing was ever a problem. The trades were very respectful and fabulous. Many of our neighbors say the addition looks like it was built with the house.

We loved our Bradford and Kent experience from start to finish. Maury and Mandy designed three very different floor plans for our basement that we would never have thought of on our own. All three were fabulous. It was hard to pick just one. Rick was our superintendent that oversaw the construction of our project. He was great. We even received advice from the owners of the company on a few changes we wanted to make during construction. They made us feel that our business was valued which was very important to us.

I liked the whole design process because they were able to show us our project in 3D. It was very detailed and allowed us to see exactly what it would look like upon completion. Rick the superintendent was wonderful. He managed the project and subcontractors expertly. He was very responsive and answered any questions. We have recommended Bradford and Kent to several friends.

Bradford and Kent worked with us and found ways to reduce costs without compromising the project. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and materials, and feel that we got a solid value.

We had an incredible experience working with Bradford and Kent. From the initial phone call to the completed project, everything was fantastic. Maury and Mandy designed a beautiful addition and kitchen. Jon supervised the construction which went smoothly and was on schedule. Everyone we worked with made us feel comfortable. We love Bradford and Kent. From our first meeting with Maury, our designer, we knew he was very good and never felt pressured. I am an engineer and had many of my own ideas. Maury was very receptive to those ideas, and came up with several of his own. During the construction phase, we decided to add more windows and make a few changes. It was never a problem. We had our own personal superintendent Dan who managed our project. He promptly answered any questions by phone or in a meeting. We could not be happier with the results. Many of our neighbors have said the addition looks like it was built with house. We definitely recommend Bradford and Kent.

Our new Bradford and Kent kitchen and family room are awesome. We just had our entire family over and they were very complimentary of everything from the colors, backsplash, lights, countertop, breakfast area and tray ceiling. To use the word tremendous is just not enough. Bradford and Kent helped us through this journey and made it fantastic.

Tony and I could not be happier with our home addition. It looks fantastic from the outside as well as the inside. We have received a lot of compliments from family and friends. Bradford and Kent was on time, on budget and easy to work with throughout our kitchen remodel. Our designer understood my style and helped making choices easy. Our superintendent was a good communicator who paid attention to the details of the job. The work crew kept the jobsite neat and was helpful and polite. Our house is more than 20 years old, and the sunroom recently constructed for us by Bradford and Kent looks like part of the original house both from the inside and the outside. We started with a rough idea of what we wanted, but our B&K designer developed a design that included some interesting architectural touches that we could not have envisioned. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and materials, and feel that we got a solid value. A neighbor who is in the construction business was impressed with the work, and noted that B&K did things the right way and took no shortcuts. The addition was even completed more than two weeks ahead of schedule.

We did our homework and interviewed several contractors prior to hiring Bradford and Kent. We chose B&K because they were right on target with what we wanted in the design and what we wanted to spend. The actual quality of the materials and workmanship was excellent.
