Waste Industries

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I don't like to complain about anything but I can not let this go. We had several companies before Waste Industries/GFL because we like to recycle. Each company was alright until now, Waste Industries has been late picking up the trash one week and then late picking up the recycle. Each time we call, customer service is rude, hang up on us and one late called my husband names. The sound like they don't care about giving good service or sound like they are just happy to be there. I called to cancel and the young lady sounded like okay, glad to get rid of you. Most companies want to know why you are canceling and want to know how to make it better. Not this girl or this company, they completely act like they don't care from the office and the drivers that come pick up or not pick up your trash or recycle. Very disheartening to be treated or want to stay with this company. My rant is not over, I am contacting the investors of this company.

I am so over this company. First I was forced by the city of HIRAM to go with Waste Industries. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Today our trash is being picked up a day late after the Labor Day weekend. I come into my neighborhood and it looks like I live in the damn Projects. Due to the holiday residents had extra trash bags that they set by their trash can and Waste Industries did not pick up ANY of the bags HOW LAZY! I neatly place my bags by my can to pull up to them knocked over and TRASH EVERYWHERE. I wish I took a picture before but I was SO FREAKING EMBARRASSED I hurried and picked it up. We have to STOP SUPPORTING LAZY COMPANIES WITH LAZY WORKERS!!!! If anyone has any suggestions on Trash can providers in Hiram please let me know.

I had called these people twice before Christmas for a new trash can the lid broke on one side in February the lid was completely off still no new trash can! We stopped paying until it was fixed well now its July and they left a note they would not pick up the trash anymore until we paid. I would never recommend this place to anyone they are to big to handle the people they serve!!!
