Mr Transmission

First of all, if it was possible to leave a 0 I would. Second, these people obviously think we are fools. After getting the truck back on March 30 we have had to replace at least five starters. Come to find out the problem is the flex plate, which is a part that is SUPPOSED to be inspected to make sure it is in good working condition, prior to returning the truck to the customer. This part IS IN FACT a part that is affected by working on the transmission. Now they tell us that “even though it’s not their fault they will only charge labor if we buy the part to fix it” $500 more worth of labor. Now if it’s not their fault then why “fix” something they didn’t break. Just beware if you take your vehicle because you may end up like us. Vehicle that still won’t run and $3600 in debt.
Also don’t believe their add for free towing with all major repairs. Even though it’s not stated on their webpage it’s only free towing up to 40 miles but they won’t tell you that until after they’ve already towed.

I had gone to a dealership who told me I needed to replace my transmission. I then went to see Scott at Mr Transmission in Dothan AL, he spent over two hours driving my car and inspecting different things. He suggested I get my brakes looked at to make sure the transmission was causing the problem. Turns out I needed new brake pads and my transmission is good to go. Scott didn't charge me for all the time he took to check my car and saved me $7,000 for a new transmission. I would DEFINATELY recommend anyone use Mr Transmission in Dothan. Very professional and genuinely cared about me and my family.

My truck works better than new professional and clean , would recommend to anyone

this transmission shop is ridiculous! after paying 2785 for a rebuilt transfer case...I go to pick my truck up and its not drivable. why? because they have caused something else to go wrong. and what's worse is that they don't want to be held responsible! never again will I use them!
