They were about as good as one can get when it comes to knowing his trade. Had it figured out from the rip, applied what was needed, we chit chatted for a few( much to my enjoyment) wrote my invoice and was out the door!
Even called me the next day to make sure everything was as it should be, which it was! Who does that these days? Very few !
