Jack's Drugs- Dothan

Best pharmacy I've ever used!!! After a few visits they knew my name and even my voice when I called in prescriptions. Always very friendly and extremely professional! They go above and beyond to make you feel like family and have even stayed open past closing to make sure I got my prescription. I would never choose to take my business anywhere else. Definitely give Jacks your business they deserve it.

Jacks has always been very polite to me. The staff is amazing. I go there often an everyone calls me by name and makes sure my medicine is filled in a timely manner. The prices are the best from comparing them to other pharmacies!!!

Great customer service. Fast refills. Feels like a small town pharmacy because after you visit a couple of times they remember your name and it males you feel at home. Very helpful and ready to answer any questions you may have. The drive through moves fast and it is convenient.

We have been using Jack's Drugs for years and couldn't ask for a better pharmacy!! All the staff there are extremely friendly and personable. They always greet us by name when we walk through the door and go out of their way to ask about us and our family. They really are the definition of "good neighbor pharmacy" and I will never even consider another pharmacy. I commend the owners and manager on a job well done! Keep up the good work!

I love this store! I've had no problems. I've contacted the manage,r and she went way out of her way to help me and my family. In fact, I got in a car wreck and couldn't make it to get my mother's medication and she personally delivered them for me not to mention the other sweet things they do such as free candy bags at holidays and the good price I get on my jewelry. Keep the good work!!!

Just like another reviewer said I'm always treated horribly at this place, unfortunately, they are cheaper than most other pharmacies. all the women in the front judge you based on what your prescription is and treat you like dirt if they think that you're an addict. they fail to understand what the drugs really do how they affect you or why you're even on them. I wish the owner of this establishment would take notice to how these individuals are treating their customers because eventually people will get tired of it and pay the higher price for the medications they need. They need to take a class in customer service as well as understanding medications and why people are on them if they plan on continuing to judge people for the medications are on. I would love to take an opportunity to speak to somebody there but I know that won't happen I guarantee they're not that concerned. I just hope that anybody that reads this and has the ability to go elsewhere for medications will do so I know that I am trying to find somewhere else that has a better price for medications I need. This is not a one time thing either. This has been every single time I have walked into this pharmacy.

My mother and I came into your store late this afternoon to pick up some medications that she had called in. Once we got there, one of the employees up front, Hannah was her name I believe, was very unprofessional and rude to my mother. She had told her that her insurance didn't cover all that she called in but before my mother could ask the price difference she basically cut her off. Money wasn't an issue, I work full time myself, I'd have paid the money needed, as a matter of fact that was what was done. My issue here is that my mother and I have been customers of your store for years, and have been very satisfied with the service we received up until today. She has fibromyalgia and there are days she can rarely get out of bed, and today she was made to feel like a drug addict. I for one am not happy with that and after today I wouldn't mind finding another pharmacy.

I have shopped at Jacks for years. They always have what I need, and always seem genuinely happy to help. Lowest prices in Dothan... Call around and compare...I did. Can't beat em. 5 stars!
