        My boyfriend took a ring to get sized for me, got charged $20 (not bad) but they didn't change the size AT ALL. Requested a size 6 (from a 7) & when he brought the ring back today to ask could we go smaller the man Herbert told him "YOU JUST NEED TO BRING HER IN HERE SO WE CAN GET THIS F*CKING RIGHT!" Yes. Those are the words he used. As my boyfriend walked out the man continued to cuss at him about how it was his store & his right to say that.

        These people are disgusting & clearly don't want business. I can't believe someone would run a business this way.

        So, in the end he paid to have the man pretend to size my ring & then cuss at him like a dog. If I could not give a star at all, it would still be to high of a rating.
