Fred Blacwell Roofing

Very disappointed.

Have a leak in the roof in a hard-to-reach location, I know I can't fix it so called Fred Blackwell to get him to. Nice guy, got right to work, paid him about $250 for an hours job.

The next time it rained, leaks again.

Fred comes back and worked on it again. Next rain, it leaks.

He comes back with a roofer and they worked on it again, the next rain it did not leak, the next rain event was heavier and water is leaking in again.

I called Fred almost a month ago and left a message, he did not call me back.

More rain, more leak.

Now, I have texted him a couple of times, made a few phone calls, always get his voice mail, never calls back.

What would you think?

I think he is avoiding me.

My estimation is that this is a bigger job than he expected and when it was not an easy fix, he just abandoned me...and my leak.

Not the mark of a pro.
