        Customer No Service

        Called to get some supplies for a clean up I needed to do. I even told the Customer "Service" Manager I would pick it up.
        He was very disinterested, acted as if I was bothering him. He said he had to get some part numbers and would call me back.

        No return call... And after several messages I went to a competitor to get them. Their Account Manager not only delivers the material he stayed to assist me.
