Walmart - Tire & Lube Express

Incompetent staff. I went for an oil change and gave them the car then came back 2 hours later. They told me, " We couldn't do it because the bolt was too tight to remove." They did not even call me to tell me that they couldn't service it. Wasted two hours of my time.

I love the selection of products at this Dixon Super Wal-Mart. However, most of the times they do not have produce or meat bags available. When you look around for somebody to restock the bags, you cannot find anybody. The lines are long, they seem to expect you to check out yourself, which is almost an impossible task if you are honest with the "issues" of those self-checkout stands. Wish they would have friendlier help again and more staff available to serve the customers.
