i went to this store to purchase a wig. i purchsed them after picking out two when i got to the car i returned back to the store .upon noticing that wig was not the same. owner had sold me a wig that was not same as on manequin. owner began yelling that "me trouble and just take it." the owner states that it was manufactuer defect but that she wasnt going to open up all the boxes to make sure the others were correct. they offered me to take the used wig that was on the manequin. she then said she would give me a free magazine or 10% discount. i declined as i wanted the item that was purchased. they also did not have same color that i had purchased and owner tried to force me to keep defect, get the one on manequin which was used, nor could they provide me with same wig in same color i had purchased as they had no alternative. the store clerk who had assisted me did agree that wig was not the same. they then said wig would change over time to look more like representation. she was not
