A Licensed General Contractor Since 1990Owner Eric Pearlstein has been in the construction trades over 30 yearsEric spent nearly 20 years with Rudolph and Sletten General Contractors, a Bay Area based commercial building contractor R &S is considered a pioneer of today's construction practices, focusing on a high regard to worker safety, project planning, quality control of workmanship and best value for there clients.Eric started as a carpenter, learned to be a great builder, through hard work and dedication, worked his way up the ladder. Eric decided to get back to basics and resume his General Contractors Business which he started building up in the late 1989 and 1990In 1990 the General Contractor Business was put on hold when Eric decided to have a career as a bay area craftsman working in the commercial industry.Eric has been involved in numerous large projects as Foreman , Superintendent and Senior Superintendent for High Tech clients such as Synopses, Cisco and MicrosoftThe last 10 years on Health Care Projects for John Muir Health and Kaiser Permanente.Eric is a builder, a detail oriented craftsman, a good planner.
