Discovery Bay Carpet Cleaning

Today I can say I am the most pleased I have ever been with this service! The couple worked together as a great team and went above and beyond my expectations... They were fast, yet efficient, and most importantly respectful to myself and home! I now have someone I can call back on a regular, and feel confident they will continue to please me.. I highly recommend Tony and Michelle with Discovery Bay Carpet Cleaning, and thank them again :-)

BUYERS BEWARE of Discovery Bay Carpet Cleaning!

The service that was supposed to be provided was that all air ducts to be cleaned, all wall to wall carpets cleaned and one loveseat sofa hyda-bed to be cleaned thoroughly. When he said he was done, Ipaid him by check. He asked where my bank was and cashed the check directly at my bank I discovered. After he left I inspected the work. Not all airducts were opened and cleaned. I asked him about this at the time of service and he said he did not need to open all of them as he went through from another airduct. The carpeted stairs were not cleaned thoroughly and only half of the outter fabric of the loveseat hyda-bed was cleaned. He did not even attempt to clean one end and the entire back as these areas were dry and still soiled. I called him about the loveseat especially and he admitted that he did not clean half of the loveseat as he said he didn't realize he should pull those sides away from the wall to do so. He did not clean the bed frame under the mattress at all. He said he would return the next day to complete service, but did not. I spoke with him again in the morning asking what time he would come and he said in the afternoon, but would not give a specific time. By 4 p.m. I started calling him, but he would not answer, never returned my messages or came to complete the work. I called him the following day as well, but he did not answer or return my messages. I looked up his company name on his website and it says all work is guaranteed! His advertisements say he is licensed and bonded, but he doesn't list a licence number or give information about who he is bonded with. i tried to do a search for his license number with his business name, but no license number could be found.
