Diamond Bar Grooming

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a grooming shop. Place is GHETTO, filthy, and smells DISGUSTING!! The owner is completely unprofessional. When I arrived I had a couple questions about my dogs haircut and the guy behind the counter had to go outside to get her. Instead of coming in and talking with me, a prosepective NEW customer, she stood at the door shouting over the sound of the gardeners with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth, letting smoke blow into the shop. I was not impressed. Nor was I impressed with the ugly haircut my dog got or the 45 bucks this experience cost me. This entire ordeal was so disturbing it's almost comical.
