Honest Repair Service Air Conditioning & Heating

I love the fact they say they service my area but when called say they are to busy to come to my area. The responses I heard about this company encouraged me to call and see what they could do. They did apologies and said they wish me luck in getting it fixed. Not sure what to think but they were not very helpful, honest, but not helpful.

105 degrees in Rockwall, TX. Air conditioning quit running. Called this company and they came within a couple of hours. Everyone else put us on waiting list. Mr. Torres was quick, polite, and had the needed part on his truck. Not only did he fix the problem but he inspected and cleaned the rest of the system. He answered all our questions and gave us helpful tips for the future. I would recommend him to my Mother!!!

We called early on a Monday morning for a service call and Mr. Torres arrived at our home by 11:20 same day -- 10 minutes earlier than expected. Other service companies we called could not come out for 1-2 days. Had AC repaired and running with 30 minutes. Excellent service and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend their service. This is one of the best service companies I have ever used. Thank you Mr. Torres.

This guy is absolutely the best! I called him at 1:00, he was at my house by 2:00, and he was gone by 3:00. He told me the prices up front and had no problems with any questions I asked while I watched him work. This was probably the best experience I've ever had with a repairman coming to my home. This is the type of guy you you pray that you get when you are calling for help! He really does provide honest repair service!

First place you need to CALL! I called early in the morning because air went out the night before. They said they would be out by 11:00 and was there promptly 10 mins before. He looked at my air conditioner and knew right away what was wrong and able to fix it and looked at my freon too. He really put my mind to ease because I was afraid it was going to be really expensive and even to the point of replacing it frightened me. He was reasonable and very efficient. I will definitely keep his card for any future purposes with my air conditioner or heater and recommend him to anyone. Thank you Mr. Torres

That Honest Repair was knowledgeable and professional. They were available to help anytime needed. I had him come first thing the following morning. He was prompt to arrive, quick to solve and fix our problem and it was inexpensive. I would highly recommend Honest Repair.

Called for service just after 8am on a Sat and he said he would be there between 9:30 and 10am and arrived during that time unlike other companies. He promptly repaired the AC unit as it had a bad dual capacitor. He even checked out the freon levels to make sure I wasn't low. Very reasonably priced for the great service. Will use them again when needed.

My a/c broke during a bad storm and they came out quickly and repaired the a/c in less than a hour. They had parts in the truck to fix the problem. They had great customer service. Excellent job!

I had 2 other tech. over for a quote and their quote was very high and I could not afford it so I decided to try again for the third time and look around and called Honest repair and I was amaze how much he charge to come over HALF THE PRICE the other 2 guys charged and he was able to come over the same day I called. The best of all is that his quote to fix my air was also HALF THE PRICE the other 2 guys quoted me. honest repair guy fix my air right away. I was so glad I called. They really stand for their name and are very polite. hands down the best place to call.

Mr. Torres come to my home he was the only one available for emergency service, I called several companies with a waiting list for a service call, also I was told it will be a charge for the call even though I didn’t know if the can fix the problem, Mr. Torres give me a reasonable price and he fix the problem with my air conditioning unit, I will recommend him to my friends and family for such it a great service, he told me his clients are number one on his list

I am so glad to have found this company. I had a problem with my heater. I had called 3 other businesses and they all told me that I would have to replace the entire system. The quotes they gave me were very high. Mr. Torres told me that I did not need my system replaced, he found the problem and fixed it. His service was quick and he was very courteous. I highly recommend him.
