Prior to joining DMOS in 2015, he also served as a Captain in the U.S. Army.

He has published both textbook chapters and scientific journal articles on the research he has done with respect to the knee and hip.

Dr. Julie Grundberg is a Des Moines native. After graduating from Dowling and Drake, she joined the DMOS team in 2000. Dr. Grundberg specializes in all foot and ankle injuries which includes but is not limited to plantar fasciitis, diabetic nail care, ingrown toenails, and other athletic injuries. She has a passion for helping others get back onto their feet. In Dr. Grundbergâ€™s free time she enjoys recreational activities with her family. This includes snow skiing, water skiing, boating and traveling.
