the worst people working at the front desk. customer beware. if you make appointment expect to wait for hours and hours. it’s horrible. they won’t tell you when you book there’s a long wait. they don’t care your time is not valuable let alone your pet’s condition. also, while waiting they will bump your paperwork in favor of somebody I think it’s favoritism. I’ve been going to El Paso for years will never go back ever again.
