Mikael Padilla Salon

Mikael Padilla salon is a great experience. Everything from the design of the salon to all the stylists reassures you that you are going to walk out feeling fabulous. Everyone is well put together but in a fun and funky way. I have been seeing my stylist, Alex Mackison for over 10 years and can't imagine seeing anyone else. I love to change up my hair and Alex always knows exactly what to do. I don't have to give him ideas or show him pictures. He just knows what to do and does it. I have never left feeling unhappy with my hair and am constantly complimented. I have friends who come to town just to see Alex. If you love a great experience when you get your hair done visit Alex at Mikael Padilla. I promise you will leave wishing your appointment wasn't over.

This place is anything BUT a high end salon. What a dump!! Wearing cut off shorts and a tank top to show off all your tattoos does NOT qualify as high end or classy!! I should have turned around and left but didn't because I had already paid for my haircut, highlights and conditioning treatment through Bloomspot. The woman that did my hair did what she wanted to and not what I wanted. She chopped the heck out of my hair and gave me highlights you can't see and I didn't get the conditioning treatment!! When I tried to talk to her about it she told me to look in a different mirror and I would be able to see the highlights. When I came back her next client was sitting in the chair and she was no where around. I decided to cut my losses and I left. Shortly after I left, this woman called my husband and chewed him out because I didn't leave her a tip!! How rude and unprofessional. Unbelievable!! A tip is NOT mandatory!! A tip is something you get for doing a GOOD job!! She did NOT do a good job. My hair looks like a 5 year old cut it. The highlights that I couldn't see initially turned GREEN shortly after!!

Don't go by the reviews on YELP!! They remove ALL negative reviews and keep the Fake ones written by the employees!!

The salon is NOT classy or clean and the atmosphere was NOT transquil and pleasing. It was loud and obnoxious!!

What a nightmare!!
