        Horrible customer service. Bot...

        Amazing customer service. Kevin the manager is wonderful. My husband and I had an issue with the receptionist and wrote Firestone to inform them of a customer service issue. Kevin read the comment and called me back within less than an hour. They are now changing my brake fluid for free to make up for my customer service issues. If that doesn't reverse it, I don't know what does! He also answered a few other questions I had and addressed everything I had concerns about. Needless to say, I do not think I have ever experiences such great follow up and great customer service!
