If there was a way to leave less than 1 star, I would. I lease a 2014 Corolla with them. I returned my Corolla early because they were having a buy back event and I wanted to take advantage. When I gave it back to them, under mileage, I used it as a down payment on a different car they had on their lot. When I signed the papers, I was told that Toyota would take ownership of the remaining lease payments. Its been 2 months since I made this deal with them and myself and my dad, who cosigned for the lease with me, have been called saying that the lease payments are past due. That's not my responsibility, as the dealership is supposed to handle that. Turns out, after multiple phone calls, this dealership sent my lease payments to the wrong payment processing center. I was told that in order for this to not appear on my and my father's credit reports to "go ahead and make the lease payment for March today and when we track down the check, we'll reimburse you." Are you kidding me? Criminals

Horrible experience and expensive. We moved from MN to TX and needed some work done on our Toyota. A simple $30 oil change ended up costing us over $1,000. We asked about checking the brakes and they couldn't find out what was wrong and did all kinds of tests and replacements - kept the car for 2 weeks playing around with it. IMO the car was not much better after all the replacements. I would NEVER recommend you take your car there for service.
