        Overall

        After a friend recommended that I go see him, I consulted Dr. Cesar and was pleased with the treatment options he suggested. I can't wait for my next appointment to actually do the procedure, and get this issue taken care of. Dr. Cesar was personable, open-minded, and honest; I would recommend him to my friends and family.
